PP Reagent cabinetSpecially designed from PP material for storing and containing highly corrosive chemicals, suitable for substances like sulfuric acid and hydrochloric acid. The layer plates are welded with vertical edges all around, creating trays that effectively prevent chemical spills from escaping the cabinet. These trays can be removed independently for easy cleaning. The layer boards are made of porcelain-white polypropylene (PP) and are fully adjustable, allowing for flexible arrangement of storage space. All PP acid-base models come with two padlocks to isolate the chemicals from the locks, ensuring enhanced safety with a double-lock system. |

Features1. PP reagent cabinet body is constructed from 8mm porcelain-white film-coated polypropylene (PP) panels, offering excellent corrosion resistance. Seamless welding with matching-color PP rods ensures both structural strength and airtight sealing. The integrated, one-piece welded structure significantly enhances durability and effectively reduces deformation caused by thermal expansion and contraction. 2. PP reagent cabinet doors are made using 15mm porcelain-white film-coated PP panels, providing long service life and dependable quality. Each door features a 5mm transparent acrylic viewing window to support visual management. 3. Shelves are crafted from porcelain-white PP with raised edges and molded through a single injection process. Designed to be removable and adjustable, the shelves allow flexible configuration of internal space. The raised edges help contain spills to a certain extent. 4.The bridge-style handles are made from acid- and alkali-resistant PP, ensuring strong corrosion resistance. 5. Hinges are injection-molded from PP, offering both durability and corrosion resistance. They are available in various color options and feature a refined appearance. 6.A dedicated door catch, also made from PP, provides long-lasting performance and reliable functionality. 7. Each cabinet door is labeled with a clear “Corrosive” warning sign to alert personnel and promote safety awareness. 8. PP reagent cabinet is suitable for storing a wide range of corrosive chemicals, including sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, acetic acid, and sulfonic acid. |
