Scratch repair:
1.Minor scratches
Dip a non-woven cloth into the maintenance oil and wipe it back and forth along the direction of the scratch until the scratch disappears, then wipe it clean with a dry cloth.
2.Deep scratches
Use water sandpaper of different meshes to dip the maintenance oil and sand along the direction of the scratch. It is recommended to use 800-2000 mesh sandpaper. Depending on the depth of the scratch, use a coarser sandpaper to polish it until the scratch disappears, and then use a finer sandpaper. For polishing, you can also use a polishing machine with as little force as possible to achieve the best repair effect. After polishing, use a non-woven cloth to dip in the maintenance oil to wipe, and finally dry with a clean cloth.
Repair of cracked or peeled corners:
1. Use a decontamination agent to remove the greasy dirt on the damaged part, and then polish the surface with 80-mesh sandpaper.
2. Coat the area to be repaired with epoxy resin with a ratio of 1:1.
3. Glue the broken or peeled pieces to the big board.
4. Scoop off the excess glue with a small putty knife, and then wipe the countertop with a clean damp cloth.
5. After the glue is cured, use 240,400,800 grit sandpaper with water to polish the repaired part.
6. Wipe clean the countertop with a clean dry cloth.
Precautions:
1. Prolonged contact with organic solvents is prohibited.
2. The concentration of conventional acid and alkali in contact with it should not exceed: more than 77% concentrated sulfuric acid, more than 65% nitric acid,
More than 37% hydrochloric acid, more than 98% acetic acid, more than 85% phosphoric acid, and more than 40% sodium hydroxide.
3. Try to avoid contact with sharp and hard objects, and be careful of scratches.
4. Unconventional reagents, please use after the sample test is OK.
5. If strong corrosive reagents (hydrofluoric acid, etc.) drip onto the countertop, please clean it immediately to avoid damaging the countertop.
