| Steel support uses 40–60 cold-rolled rectangular steel pipe; supporting column uses the same size steel pipe with both sides welded with cold-rolled U-steel. The surface is plated with colored zinc for rust prevention, and epoxy resin is sprayed after acid washing, phosphatization, and electrostatic powder coating using carbon dioxide arc welding to achieve acid and alkali resistance.
The adhesion of the protective layer meets drop impact test requirements, with a static load bearing > 250kg. Supporting column can be directly mounted beside the cabinet without damaging the wall. |
